摘 要:大极板铅精冶电解工艺替代小极板可有效降低能耗、提高生产效率,目前,大极板工艺在国内得到广泛应用。但大极板因面积增大阴极析出铅重量增加,阴极片生产、电解及出槽过程中掉极问题突出。本文针对某铅冶炼厂阴极片掉极问题进行分析,提出改进方案。通过调整阴极片结构、改进点焊机设备、优化阴极制造工艺,大大提高铅电解工艺的可靠性。改造后经生产测试效果良好,改进方案具有很好的工艺推广价值。The electrolytic process of large plate lead refining instead of small plate can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.At present,the large plate process is widely used in China.However,due to the increase of the area of the large electrode plate,the weight of lead released from the cathode increases,and the pole drop problem is prominent in the process of cathode sheet production,electrolysis and discharge.This paper analyzes the problem of cathode drop in a lead smelter and puts forward an improvement plan.The reliability of lead electrolysis process is greatly improved by adjusting the structure of cathode sheet,improving spot welding equipment and optimizing cathode manufacturing process.After the transformation,the production test results are good,and the improved scheme has good process promotion value.
