摘 要:以椰枣品种‘Sillege’和‘Fard’的种子为试验材料,观察2个椰枣品种种子形态、吸水规律、发芽和幼苗长势,综合分析2个椰枣品种种子吸水规律和幼苗长势的差异性,为椰枣资源评价和利用提供参考。结果表明:‘Sillege’种子长、宽、鲜重、露白率显著大于‘Fard’(P<0.05,下同),二者间的发芽率没有显著性差异。在种子吸水后第1个小时2个品种种子的吸水速率均最大,但‘Sillege’种子的吸水速率显著大于‘Fard’。‘Sillege’幼苗长势比‘Fard’幼苗长势壮。相关性分析结果表明:种子长与露白率、第1个小时吸水速率、播种后第93d第二叶长,种子宽与露白率、播种后第91d第一叶宽和第93d第二叶长,单粒种子鲜重与播种后第93d第二叶长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:‘Sillege’的种子露白率显著高于‘Fard’,其幼苗长势也更好,引种试种时可以优先考虑‘Sillege’。Using two seeds of date palm varieties,'Sillege'and'Fard',as test materials,this paper comprehensively analyzed the differences in their water absorption and seedling growth by observing the seed morphology,water absorption tendency,germination and seedling growth of the two date palm varieties,so as to provide a reference for the evaluation and utilization of date palm resources.The results showed that the seed length,width,fresh weight and dehiscence rate of'Sillege'were significantly greater than those of'Fard'(P<0.05,same as below),and there was no significant difference in germination rate between the two varieties.The water absorption rate of the seeds of the first hour was the highest after the seeds absorbed water,and the water absorption rate of the seeds of'Sillege'was significantly higher than that of'Fard'.'Sillege'seedlings grew stronger than'Fard'seedlings.The results of correlation analysis showed that the seed length was significantly positively correlated to seed dehiscence rate,water absorption rate in the first hour,second leaf length on the 93rd day after sowing;the seed width and seed dehiscence rate,the first leaf width on the 91st day after sowing;and the second leaf on the 93rd day after sowing;and the fresh weight of single seed was significantly positively correlated with the second leaf length on the 93rd day after sowing(P<0.01).As a conclusion,the seed dehiscence rate of'Sillege'was significantly higher than that of'Fard',and its seedling growth was also better,and'Sillege'could be given priority in the introduction and trial planting.
