摘 要:甘蔗、香蕉、剑麻、橡胶树等热带深根系作物普遍种植在我国南方地区,其机械化效率直接决定着农业生产总值。传统的热带作物田间开坑机以三点悬挂式结构为主,采用串联机构,存在工作阻力大、开沟质量差、振动响应差等缺点。通过对热带深根系作物种植过程的长期观察,提出了1种以机具开沟机为核心的新型混联式多自由度热带作物种植开沟机,阐述了其详细的结构设计,利用旋量理论和高等机构学理论对机具进行了运动学分析。利用MATLAB对机具的可靠性和可行性进行了验证分析,结果表明其开沟部件通过混联式多自由度组合结构设计,可实现多角度柔性、安全、高效开沟作业。Sugarcane,banana,sisal,rubber and other tropical deep-root crops are widely planted in southern China,and the mechanization efficiency directly determines the total agricultural production value.Through the long-term observation of the planting process of tropical deep-root crops,the structure of ditching machine for traditional tropical crops is mainly three-point suspension with the series mechanism,which has disadvantages such as large working resistance,inferior ditching quality and poor vibration response.Therefore,a new hybrid multi-degree-of-freedom ditching machine with machinery as the core for tropical crops planting is proposed.Its detailed structural design is described,and the kinematics of the machinery is analyzed by using the screw theory and the advanced mechanism theory.MATLAB is used to verify the reliability and feasibility of the machine,and the results show that the ditching parts can achieve multi-angle flexible,safe and efficient ditching operation through the hybrid multi-degree-of-freedom combined structure design.
