摘 要:盾构机在煤矿岩巷中的使用极大地提高了煤矿生产的效率,煤层及其围岩的精细刻画对于盾构机安全掘进路线的选取至关重要。为了得到煤层周围岩层岩性的精细分布特征,以泊里矿区为例,首先利用基于模型的波阻抗反演划分煤及灰岩;针对难以识别的砂泥岩体,选取了对砂泥岩敏感的自然伽马曲线,并将其重构为拟声波曲线进行拟声波反演加以区分,进而得到煤系地层岩性的综合预测成果。在此基础上,通过层位追踪获得各岩层顶底界面,采用精确的时深转换技术将层位数据从时间域转换到深度域,使其可以直观地反映岩层的分布特征,实现了15#煤层顶板及其上部岩层岩性的精细刻画。结果表明:该方法可以精确地预测出煤层及其围岩的空间分布特征,为矿区盾构机掘进路线的选定提供地质依据。The application of shield tunneling machine in coal mine greatly improves efficiency of coal mine production.The fine characterization of coal seam and surrounding rock is very important to select the safe tunneling route for shield tunneling machine.Taking Poli mining area as an example,in order to obtain the fine distribution characteristics of lithology around coal seam,the coal and limestone are firstly differentiated by wave impedance inversion based on model.For sand-mudstone,natural gamma ray curve sensitive to mudstone is selected and reconstructed into quasi-acoustic curve to distinguish them from other quasi-acoustic inversion,so as to obtain the comprehensive prediction results of coal measure formation lithology.On this basis,the top-to-bottom interface of each rock layer is obtained through horizon tracking,and the accurate time-depth conversion technology is used to convert horizon data from time domain to depth domain,so that it can directly reflect the underground condition of the rock layer,and the fine characterization of the roof and the upper rock layer of No.15 coal seam is realized.The results show that this method can accurately predict the spatial distribution characteristics of coal seam and surrounding rock,and provide geological basis for the selection of tunneling route of shield tunneling machine in mining area.
