摘 要:甲烷氧化偶联催化反应在化工领域是一个热门研究课题,其中钨酸钠体系催化剂受到众多研究者的广泛关注。介绍了催化剂中不同Na_(2)WO_(4)含量、反应原料不同配比、反应温度、接触时间、催化剂中不同W和Mn含量、六方氮化硼掺杂的Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn/SiO_(2)和不同SiO_(2)载体催化剂对甲烷氧化偶联催化反应性能的影响。同时探讨了哪种情况下的催化剂存在较好的C_(2)烃选择性。通过以上研究,为甲烷氧化偶联反应的研究和天然气的进一步有效利用奠定了基础。The catalytic reaction for oxidative coupling of methane is a hot research topic in the field of chemical engineering,which Na_(2)WO_(4) series catalyst has been concerned widely in nowadays society.This paper mainly introduces the influences on catalytic performance of oxidative coupling reaction of methane from these aspects:different content of Na_(2)WO_(4) in catalyst,reaction raw material of different proportions composition,reaction temperature,the contact time between catalyst and reactant,different content of W and Mn in catalyst,Na_(2)WO_(4)-Mn/SiO_(2) doped with HBN,and catalyst with different supporters.Meanwhile,this paper has discussed that catalyst in which circumstances has a better selectivity for C_(2) hydrocarbon.The above studies lay a foundation for the investigation of oxidative coupling reaction of methane and the further effective utilization of natural gas.
