气体导流片对旋转床气相流场及三甘醇脱水效率的影响

摘  要:采用Fluent软件对旋转床4种结构(90°导流片、45°逆流导流片、45°顺流导流片、无导流片)内气相流场进行了模拟研究,并开展实验进行验证,模拟结果表明:旋转床干床压降由大到小依次是90°导流片>45°逆流导流片>45°顺流导流片>无导流片;气体分布均匀性由好到差依次是45°逆流导流片>90°导流片>45°顺流导流片>无导流片。实验表明:90°导流片、45°顺流导流片和45°逆流导流片的干床压降分别比无导流片高4.95%、2.06%、2.95%;脱水平衡度分别高1.75%、1.37%、2.20%。Fluent software is used to simulate the gas flow field in the rotating bed with four structures(90°guide vane,45°counter-flow guide vane,45°forward flow guide vane,no guide vane),and carry out experiments to verify,the simulation results show that the dry bed pressure drop of the rotating bed is in the order of 90°guide vane>45°counter-flow guide vane>45°forward flow guide vane>no guide vane;the gas distribution uniformity is in the order of 45°counter-flow guide vane>90°guide vane>45°forward flow guide vane>no guide vane.Experiments show that the dry bed pressure drop of the 90°guide vane,the 45°forward flow guide vane and the 45°counter-flow guide vane are 4.95%,2.06%,and 2.95%higher than no guide vane;the dehydration equilibrium degree are 1.75%,1.37%,and 2.20%higher.
