摘　　要：介绍了某甲醇装置精馏工艺改造的情况,并对改造后产能提升、节能降耗、产品品质提升等情况进行了分析论述。The methanol distillation unit can improve the capacity and product quality of the unit by reforming the internals of the tower,using high-efficiency trays,changing the distillation process to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,and finally realize the capacity improvement,energy conservation and consumption reduction and product quality upgrading of the whole methanol distillation unit.
