摘　　要：磷钾肥作为湿法磷酸萃取法生产磷酸二氢钾的副产品,采用滚筒干燥机进行预干燥、破碎后进入气流干燥系统回收产品。通过对磷钾肥滚筒干燥机抄板的优化,以及增设一套破碎装置等改造后,解决了磷钾肥干燥过程中存在的问题,达到设备长周期运行,且提升了系统干燥能力。As a by-product of the production of potassium dihydrogen phosphate by wet phosphoric acid extraction,the drying system of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer is air dried by a drum dryer.In this paper,the problems existing in the drying process of high wet phosphorus and potassium fertilizer are successfully solved through the optimization of the key equipment of the phosphorus and potassium fertilizer drying system,such as the plate reading of the drum dryer,the addition of a set of self rotating crushing device and the non dynamic vibrating hammer,so as to achieve the long-term operation of the equipment and improve the drying capacity of the system.
