摘 要:2017年公司电网完成分系统改造工作后,电网系统结构发生了较大变化,原有失电事故应急处置方法已不再适用新系统。新系统提出全新的事故及故障划分类型,根据失电范围把失电事故划分为全站失电事故、一系统失电事故、二系统失电事故;根据故障点及复电方法不同把故障划分为区内故障及区外故障,并立足公司生产实际、安全环保,从系统的角度阐述了各类故障造成的失电事故的处置方法及注意事项。After the upgrade of the sub-system of the Company's Power Grid in 2017,the structure of the Power Grid system structure changed significantly,and the original emergency response method for Power Failure was no longer applicable to the new system.This paper proposed a new type of incident and malfunction classification.Based on the scope of Power Failure,Power Failure Incidents are divided into Total Power Failure incidents,System I Power Failure and System II Power Failure.Based on different malfunctioned points and power supply restoration methods,the malfunctions are divided into internal malfunction and external malfunction.Based on the Company's production practice,safety and environmental protection,the treatment methods and precautions of power failure incidents caused by various malfunctions elaborated systematically.
