摘  要:目的:探讨注射用兰索拉唑与常用输液的配伍稳定性及禁忌。方法:选择注射用兰索拉唑、葡萄糖、0.9%氯化钠注射液作为实验材料,观察配伍后不同时间点溶液颜色变化情况、pH变化情况、兰索拉唑于4种溶液中含量、相关物质变化情况,分析配伍的稳定性及配伍禁忌。结果:两个厂家的注射用兰索拉唑与0.9%NS配伍最稳定,于配伍的第0、2、4、6、8、12 h均呈无色;与10%GS、5%GS配伍,于配伍的第0、2、4h均呈无色,于配伍的第6、8、12h均呈微黄色;与5%GNS配伍的第0、2、4、6h均呈无色,于配伍的第8、12h均呈微黄色。与10%GS、5%GS、5%GNS相比,两种厂家生产的注射用兰索拉唑与0.9%NS配伍的各时间点pH值均更大,且随着配伍时间的增加,pH均呈下降趋势。注射用兰索拉唑在4种溶液中含量变化随配伍时间的增加呈递减趋势,而于配伍的第6h,注射用兰索拉唑-A与0.9%NS配伍的含量仍高于99.30%,高于同时间点与10%GS、5%GS、5%GNS配伍的含量。两种厂家生产的注射用兰索拉唑与4种溶液在配伍的不同时间点,溶液中相关物质变化均呈递减趋势,但与10%GS、5%GS、5%GNS相比,与0.9%NS配伍的有关物质递减幅度最小,且于配伍12h时仍低于1%,稳定性较好,而与其他三种溶液配伍4h后均超过1%,稳定性较差。结论:临床应用注射用兰索拉唑时,与0.9%NS配伍的稳定性更好,且于6h内应用完毕最安全。Objective:To explore the compatibility stability and incompatibility between lansoprazole for injection and common combination medication.Methods:The lansoprazole for injection,glucose and 0.9%sodium chloride injection were selected as experimental materials.The changes of color,PH value,content of lansoprazole in four kinds of solutions and related substances at different time points after compatibility were observed,and the stability and incompatibility of compatibility were analyzed.Results:The compatibility of lansoprazole for injection from two manufacturers with 0.9%NS was the most stable and colorless at 0,2,4,6,8 and 12 h after compatibility;when mixed with 10%GS and 5%GS,the color was colorless at 0,2 and 4 h,and yellowish at 6,8 and 12 h.At 0,2,4 and 6 h after compatibility with 5%GNS,the color was colorless,and it was slightly yellow at 8 and 12 h after compatibility.Compared with 10%GS,5%GS and 5%GNS,the pH values of lansoprazole for injection mixed with 0.9%NS produced by the two manufacturers were higher at each time point,and the pH values decreased with the increase of compatibility time.The content of lansoprazole for injection in four kinds of solutions showed a decreasing trend with the increase of compatibility time.At 6 h,the content of lansoprazole-A for injection in 0.9%NS was still higher than 99.30%,higher than that in 10%GS,5%GS and 5%GNS at the same time.At different time points of compatibility of lansoprazole for injection produced by two manufacturers with four solutions,the changes of related substances in the solution showed a decreasing trend.However,compared with 10%GS,5%GS and 5%GNS,the decrease of related substances in the compatibility with 0.9%NS was the smallest,and it was still less than 1%at 12 h of compatibility.The stability was good,while it was more than 1%after compatibility with the other three solutions for 4 h,and the stability was poor.Conclusion:When Lansoprazole for injection was used in clinical practice,the compatibility with 0.9%NS is more stable,and the appl
