摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈(QCC)活动结合治疗性沟通在提高年龄相关性白内障(ARC)患者院外用药依从性中的效果。方法:选取广东省高州市人民医院五官科2018年10月—2019年6月收治的70例ARC患者为例,以信封法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采取治疗性沟通干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取QCC活动,比较两组患者用药依从性、负性情绪评分和生活质量评分。结果:观察组用药依从性94.29%高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组DASS-21评分低于对照组,GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取QCC活动结合治疗性沟通对提高ARC患者用药依从性,可改善患者不良情绪,进而有效提高患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities combined with therapeutic communication in improving the drug compliance of patients with age-related cataract(ARC).Methods:A total of 70patients with arc treated in the Department of facial features of Gaozhou people’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as examples.They were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)by envelope method.The control group took therapeutic communication intervention,and the observation group took QCC activities on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,negative emotion score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results:The medication compliance in the observation group was 94.29%higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the DASS-21 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:QCC activities combined with therapeutic communication can improve the medication compliance of arc patients,improve their bad mood and effectively improve their quality of life.
