用药护理辅助小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗糖尿病并发症患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究用药护理辅助小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗糖尿病并发症患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—12月我院收治的42例糖尿病并发症患者为对照组,2021年1月—12月我院收治的42例糖尿病并发症患者为观察组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以用药护理,比较两组干预前、出院时的用药依从性[Morisky用药依从性、用药信念特异性问卷(用药必要性信念、用药担忧性信念)]、血糖改善情况[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)]、不良事件发生情况及用药护理效果。结果:观察组出院时Morisiky评分、用药信念(用药必要性信念、用药担忧性信念)评分、用药护理总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率、FBG值、2hPBG值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将用药护理应用到糖尿病并发症患者的小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗中,能达到较理想的干预效果,提升患者用药依从性,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective:To study the effect of medication nursing assisted calf serum protein extract in the treatment of diabetic complications.Methods:A total of 42 patients with diabetic complications admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 42 patients with diabetic complications admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given medication nursing.The medication compliance[Morisky medication compliance,medication belief specific questionnaire(medication necessity belief,medication anxiety belief)],blood glucose improvement[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)],adverse events and medication nursing effect were compared between the two groups before intervention and at discharge.Results:The Morisiky score,medication belief(medication necessity belief,medication anxiety belief)score and total effective rate of medication nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions,FBG value and 2hPBG value were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of medication nursing in the treatment of deproteinized calf serum extract in patients with diabetic complications can achieve ideal intervention effect,improve patient medication compliance and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
