氟树脂涂料中氟含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：建立一种以碱熔-离子色谱法测定氟树脂涂料中氟含量的方法。经离心分离烘干后的树脂用氢氧化钾熔融,采用H柱除去溶液中大量的钾离子,经0.22微米的滤膜过滤后,分取25μL进样,经AS18型分离柱和AS18型保护柱分离,以25mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液为流动相进行淋洗,采用电导检测器进行检测。该方法线性范围宽,操作简单,干扰因素少,分析速度快,测定结果准确可靠,具有良好的精密度和准确度。A method for the determination of fluorine content in fluororesin coatings by alkali fusion ion chromatography is established.After centrifugation and drying,the resin is fused with potassium hydroxide,and a large amount of potassium ions in the solution are removed by H column.After being filtered by 0.22 micron filter membrane,25μL sample is injected,separated by AS18 separation column and AS18 protection column,eluted with 25mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution as mobile phase,and detected by conductivity detector.The method has the advantages of wide linear range,simple operation,less interference factors,fast analysis speed,accurate and reliable determination results,and good precision and accuracy.
