摘　　要：我国的工业房屋建筑需求日益增加。考虑到工业房屋建筑内部多有大型设备,人们越来越重视其安全性及抗震性能。房屋的检测鉴定工作存在于房屋整个寿命期限的各个阶段。其中,安全性及抗震性能鉴定具有关键作用。本文基于工业房屋的安全性及抗震性能鉴定进行数据分析。The demand for industrial housing construction in China is increasing.Considering the large equipment inside the industrial housing,people are paying more and more attention to the safety and seismic performance of housing construction.The inspection and appraisal work exists in each stage of the whole life of the house.Safety and seismic performance appraisal plays a key role.This paper carries out data analysis based on the safety and seismic performance appraisal of industrial building.
