摘　　要：近些年来,头颈部疾病的发病率在不断上升,其影响因素包括饮食起居、工作方式以及各种来源的辐射等,这导致人们对头颈部影像检查的需求也在不断增加。CT对于头颈部疾病来说是非常重要的诊断与治疗效果监测的手段,因此更先进的CT设备和技术是人们不变的追求,例如更快的扫描速度、更低的辐射剂量、更清晰的成像方式以及更多元化的功能成像等。GE Revolution CT作为一代“革命性”CT,其配备的宽体探测器可做到一次轴扫覆盖16cm的范围,这使其在进行小器官或动态CT检查时,只需通过轴扫即可获得预期图像;对于多部位联合扫描,宽体探测器的螺旋式扫描时间也会大幅缩短。扫描时间的缩短,有利于减少CT检查给患者带来的辐射剂量,减少多部位扫描所需的对比剂用量,而且在一些躁动患者或婴幼儿的CT检查中,可以最大程度地减少运动伪影。扫描速度提升的同时,宽体探测器搭配先进的图像重建算法,在成像质量方面也做到了进一步提升。本文将以Revolution CT为例,从其自身优势出发,结合临床需求,对宽体探测器在头颈部CT检查中的优势及临床应用进行综述。In recent years,the incidence rate of head and neck diseases is increasing.The factors affecting daily life,working style and radiation from various sources are increasing.This leads to the increasing demand for head and neck imaging.CT is a very important means of diagnosis and treatment effect monitoring for head and neck diseases.Therefore,more advanced CT equipment and technology are people’s constant pursuit,such as faster scanning speed,lower radiation dose,clearer imaging mode and more diversified functional imaging.As a generation of“revolutionary”CT,Ge revolution CT is equipped with a wide body detector that can cover the range of 16cm in one axial scan,which enables it to obtain the expected image only through axial scan when performing small organ or dynamic CT examination;For multi-position joint scanning,the helical scanning time of wide body detector will also be greatly shortened.The shortening of scanning time is conducive to reducing the radiation dose brought to patients by CT examination,reducing the amount of contrast agent required for multi-site scanning,and reducing motion artifacts to the greatest extent in CT examination of some restless patients or infants.While the scanning speed is improved,the wide body detector combined with an advanced image reconstruction algorithm has further improved the imaging quality.Taking revolution CT as an example,starting from its own advantages and combined with clinical needs,this paper expounds the advantages and applications of the wide body detector in head and neck CT examination.
