厦门沙坡尾旧城历史片区改造与更新研究

摘　　要：旧城历史片区改造更新,是国内城市建设的重要内容,是提升城市价值的有效方式。以沙坡尾为例,在调研的基础上进行分析研究,指出该旧城历史片区目前存在的问题:主体建筑老化失修,改造更新缺乏科学指导,社区环境有待提高,空间规划布局欠缺等;同时提出改造更新的思考与建议,以期为厦门今后的旧城改造更新提供启示和参考。The reconstruction and regeneration of old city historical area is an important part of urban construction in China and an effective way to enhance urban value.This paper takes the tail of shapowei as an example and analyzes it on the basis of investigation, points out the present problems of the old city historical district, main body construction aged disrepair, update the lack of scientific guidance, community environment, lack of space layout, etc.,and put forward the thinking and suggestion onreconstructionn andregeneration, in order to provide enlightenment and reference for the renewal of xiamen’s old city in the future.
