不同跨度下平面桁架和立体桁架的受力性能及选型研究

摘  要:采用3D3S设计软件,对不同跨度下单榀和整体的平面桁架和立体桁架进行分析,研究跨度对桁架稳定性能、构件最大截面尺寸及内力、平面内竖向变形及整体桁架性能等影响规律。结果表明:当在相同应力比和跨度下对比单榀平面桁架和立体桁架时,立体桁架稳定性能更优,平面桁架最大截面尺寸及内力较大,但平面桁架的用钢量和平面内竖向变形均较小;随着单榀桁架跨度的加大,上述性能差异表现得更加明显。当多榀桁架控制平面外抗侧刚度基本一致时,平面桁架平面外支撑用钢量较大,当跨度大于60 m,需设置双向平面桁架;平面桁架总用钢量大于立体桁架,随着跨度的增加,其差值逐渐减小,并趋于接近。The mechanical analysis software 3D3S is used to analyze the single and integral plane truss and stereo truss with different spans,and the effects of span on the stability of truss,the maximum section size and internal force of components,in-plane vertical deformation and the performance of overall truss are studied.The results show that when the material strength stress ratio of single plane truss and stereo truss is similar and the span is certain,the stability of stereo truss is better,the maximum section size and internal force of plane truss are large,However,the steel consumption and in-plane vertical deformation of plane truss are small;With the increase of the span of a single truss,The above performance differences are even more pronounced.When the out-of-plane lateral stiffness is basically the same,the steel consumption for out of plane support of plane truss are large.When the span is greater than 60 m,two-way plane truss shall be set;the total steel consumption of plane truss is greater than that of stereo truss.With the increase of span,the difference between the total steel consumption of plane truss and stereo truss gradually decreases and tends to be close.
