人才强国战略视域下课程思政的建设路向探析

摘　　要：在扎实推进人才强国战略的时代背景下,如何培养高层次创新人才是中国高校当前所面临的共同挑战。解决创新之困,不仅需要在体制机制上为人才松绑,更需要在底层思维上提振人才的创新能力和内在动力。课程思政作为一种新的课程观,旨在强调“课程”不能止步于知识传授,而是要回归“育人”的本体,通过打开“格局”唤起青年主动去连接“小我”与“大我”,继而不怕失败、勇于创新。通过分析何为“思政”、为何“思政”以及何以“思政”,可知当前的课程思政建设与高教领域的创新人才自主培养、国家层面的人才强国战略实属由内而外的同构逻辑,它重在依托一堂课、一门课乃至一组课的课程改革,引领青年能在大格局中辨识价值秩序、勇担时代使命。In the context of solidly advancing the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, how to cultivate high-level innovative talents is a shared challenge of all Chinese universities. To break the predicament of innovation, it is necessary not just to untie the constraint of talents in institutions and mechanism, but to boost the innovative ability and inner motivation of talents in the basic mode of thinking. As a new view of curriculum, the ideological and political education aims to emphasize that the curriculum must focus on the fundamental task of education, i. e., educating people, besides imparting knowledge.The young should be encouraged to connect the smaller self(the individual) with the greater self(the collective) with a broader vision, and to innovate boldly with no fear of failure. Based on the analysis of what, why and how the ideological and political education of curriculum is, it is noted that the current construction of such an education has, in essence, the isomorphic logic of the independent cultivation of innovative talents in higher education and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development at the national level. Through the reform of one lesson, one course, and even a group of courses, it targets at guiding young people to identify the value order and take up the mission of the times with a greater vision.
