人与自然和谐共生现代化的阶段特征与推进策略研究

摘　　要：人与自然和谐共生的现代化是中国特色社会主义现代化的重要内容和方向,核心是走生态文明型现代化道路。利用推理演绎的方法,从现代化进程的阶段性、发展趋势、面临问题、未来突破方向等方面阐释中国新时代人与自然和谐共生现代化的阶段特征与推进策略。总结出“探索追赶”“学习追赶”“统筹提升”和“创新跨越”等现代化发展阶段特征,基于预测分析提出了人与自然和谐共生现代化发展“黄金期”的观点,聚焦分析了中国生态文明型现代化面临的生态文化、机制体制、发展方式、科技创新、支撑能力等问题。推进生态文明型现代化发展应从现代化价值观培育、现代化发展模式、自然生态保护等方面寻找突破方向。The modernization with harmonious coexistence between human and nature is a staple and direction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, and its core lies in following the path of ecological civilization modernization. By virtue of the deductive reasoning, the present paper elaborates the stage features and promoting strategies of ecological civilization modernization in China’s new era, including the developmental stages, trend, current problems and future breakthrough direction of the modernization process. It summarizes four features of this period, namely,“exploration-oriented development”,“learningoriented development”,“overall improvement”and“innovation-oriented development”. Through predictive analysis and by proposing the concept of“golden period”of the modernization with harmonious coexistence between human and nature, it focuses on the ecological culture, mechanism, system, development mode, scientific and technological innovation, support capacity and other problems faced by China’s modernization based on ecological civilization. The breakthrough direction of such modernization should be centered on the cultivation of modern values, modernization development mode and natural ecological protection.
