摘　　要：文章在调查分析国内外围填海遥感工作的研究进展与北海区围填海遥感监测业务规范需求的基础上,对北海区围填海遥感监测业务流程进行规范;阐述了围填海遥感监测业务规范应包括的主要内容;并对其应用和发展进行了探讨。Based on investigation of studies of reclamation survey by remote sensing both at home and abroad and demand analysis of process normalization for reclamation survey by remote sensing of North China Sea,the process of reclamation survey by remote sensing was standardized.The main content of specification for reclamation survey by remote sensing was presented and the future of its application and development was forecasted.
