摘 要:目的建立牛麝开窍散的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中当归、黄芪、人工牛黄、石菖蒲的特征成分进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)法测定人工牛黄中主要有效成分胆酸含量。结果建立的TLC法重复性好,特征斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰;胆酸进样量在0.87~2.03μg范围内,进样量的对数值与峰面积的对数值线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=5);平均加样回收率为101.78%,RSD为3.33%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简单可行、结果准确、专属性强,可用于牛麝开窍散的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Niushekaiqiao Powder.Methods The characteristic components inAngelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali Radix,Bovis Calculus Artifactus and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma in the prescription werequalitatively identified by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method,and the content of cholic acid,the main effectivecomponent in Bovis Calculus Artifactus,was determined by the high-performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light-scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).Results The established TLC had good repeatability,clear characteristic spots and nointerference from the negative reference.The linear range of cholic acid was 0.87-2.03μg(r=0.9998,n=5).The averagerecovery of cholic acid was 101.78%with an RSD of 3.33%(n=6).Conclusion The established method is simple,feasible,accurate and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Niushekaiqiao Powder.
