白油膏联合黄马酊外敷治疗下肢静脉性溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白油膏联合黄马酊外敷治疗下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的VLU患者80例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组以白油膏联合黄马酊外敷,对照组以凡士林常规外敷,两组患者均每日换药1次,以4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组患者的创面疼痛评分分别为(1.32±1.17)分和(3.87±1.39)分,均显著降低,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者的创面愈合率为(82.23±69.31)%,显著高于对照组的(29.74±20.46)%(P<0.05);两组患者的创面肉芽评分均显著降低,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者创面分泌物细菌培养转阴率为71.05%,显著高于对照组的23.68%(P<0.05)。两组患者均无药品不良反应发生。结论白油膏联合黄马酊治疗VLU临床疗效显著,可抑制细菌生长,缓解创面疼痛,加速创面愈合,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of White Oil Ointment combined with Huangma Tincture in the treatmentof venous leg ulcers(VLU).Methods A total of 80 patients with VLU admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with external application by the White Oil Ointmentcombined with Huangma Tincture,while the patients in the control group were treated with external application by the vaselineconventionally.Both groups were changed their drugs once a day,taking four weeks as a course of treatment.ResultsThe totaleffective rate in the treatment group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound pain scores in the treatment group and the control group were(1.32±1.17)points and(3.87±1.39)pointsrespectively,which decreased significantly,and those in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing rate in the treatment group was(82.23±69.31)%,which was significantlyhigher than(29.74±20.46)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound granulation scores in the treatmentgroup and the control group decreased significantly,and those in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in thecontrol group(P<0.05).After treatment,the conversion rate of negative bacterial culture of wound secretion in the treatment groupwas 71.05%,which was significantly higher than 23.68%in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse drug reaction occurred inboth groups.Conclusion White Oil Ointment combined with Huangma Tincture is effective and safe in the treatment of VLU,which can inhibit the bacterial growth,relieve the wound pain and accelerate the wound healing.
