摘　　要：以LiH_(2)PO_(4)和Fe_(2)O_(3)为锂源和铁源,葡萄糖和活性炭为碳源,SnO_(2)和LiF为锡源和氟源,采用高温高能机械力法(HTHEMF)成功制备碳包覆锡氟共掺杂的磷酸铁锂正极材料.使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和电化学性能测试等方法研究样品的结构、形貌及电化学性能.结果表明:以葡萄糖为碳源进行锡氟掺杂后制备的LiFe_(0.97)Sn_(0.03)PO_(3.97)F_(0.03)/C材料具有良好的电化学性能,在5C充放电倍率下的首次放电比容量为141 mA·h/g,在40次循环后充放电容量基本不变.Using LiH_(2)PO_(4)and Fe_(2)O_(3)as lithium and iron sources,glucose and activated carbon as carbon sources,SnO_(2)and LiF as tin and fluorine sources,a carbon coated,tin fluorine double doped lithium iron phosphate cathode material was successfully prepared by high temperature high energy mechanical force method(HTHEMF).The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electrochemical performance test.The results showed that LiFe_(0.97)Sn_(0.03)PO_(3.97)F_(0.03)/C material has good electrochemical performance.The first discharge specific capacity at 5C charge discharge rate is 141 mA·h/g,and the charge discharge capacity is basically unchanged after 40 cycles.
