摘 要:针对地铁车辆结构疲劳薄弱部位的寿命评估与可靠性分析经常需要将测试结果同历史数据进行比对分析,因此合理地管理数据以及高效、精准地查询数据是当前的研究重点之一。此外,查询结果的可视化是另一研究重点。提出采集信号的存储格式,定义测试及试验两个数据颗粒度的数据划分标准;依据划分标准设计数据库模型并搭建了相应的软件界面。研究三维模型以及二维波形的显示方法,实现了查询结果的可视化。测试结果表明,该系统能够在大规模的测试数据中精确查询出有效信息,辅助研究人员深入地分析测试数据。The life assessment and reliability analysis of the fatigue and weak parts of subway vehicle structures often need to be compared and analyzed for the test results with historical data.Therefore,managing data reasonably,querying data efficiently and accurately are one of the current research focuses.In addition,the visualization of query results is another research focus.This paper proposed a storage format for the acquired signals and defined the data division standards for the granularity of the two data for testing and experimentation.We designed a database model and set up a corresponding software interface based on the division standards.This paper studied the display method of 3D model and 2D waveform,and realized the visualization of query results.The test results show that the system can accurately query valid information in large-scale test data,and assist researchers to analyze test data in depth.
