摘 要:为了实现高速公路的高效运营管理,提出一种基于AHP-VAR模型的高速公路拥堵治理模型及应用。以高速公路收费站场景为重点,通过AHP层次分析法对影响拥堵的因素进行权重分析,筛选影响高速公路拥堵的核心因素,利用VAR模型对核心因素进行分析和验证。通过对某地高速公路收费站数据的多元时间序列进行检验,证明该模型对分析高速公路收费站拥堵具有有效性。同时,分析了应对收费站拥堵的建议措施,对我国高速公路的治理及效率提升具有一定的参考价值。In order to realize the efficient operation and management of expressway,this paper proposes a expressway congestion management model based on AHP-VAR model and its application.Focusing on the expressway toll station scene,this paper analyzed the weight of factors affecting expressway congestion through AHP,and screened the core factors affecting expressway congestion.The VAR model was used to analyze and verify the core factors.Through testing the multi-variate time series of toll station data in a certain expressway,it is proved that the model is effective for analyzing the congestion of toll station in expressway.At the same time,the analysis of the suggested measures of dealing with congestion toll station has a certain reference value for our country’s highway management and efficiency improvement.
