摘 要:面向厂级多个供电改造供热机组以及多个供热用户,提出实现自动发电控制(AGC)优先的厂级多机组供热经济优化调度。首先基于机组的能耗模型和保证AGC优先的供热抽汽约束条件建立供热经济调度优化目标函数,然后在机组供热抽汽可行解区间内采用改进粒子群算法对目标函数进行优化求解,最后以实际电厂运行结果为例进行验证。研究结果表明,所提出的优化调度方案比电厂实际运行方案平均发电煤耗率和平均供电煤耗率更低,可在实现电负荷优先的同时保证供热的节能、高效和最优。For multiple power supply transformation heating units and multiple heating users at plant level,the economic optimal dispatching of multi-unit heating at plant level with auto generation control(AGC) priority is proposed.Firstly,based on the energy consumption model of the unit and the constraints of heating and steam extraction to ensure AGC priority,the optimization objective function of heating economic dispatching is established.Then,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the objective function in the feasible solution interval of unit steam extraction and heating.Finally,this method is verified by taking the actual operation results of the power plant as an example.The research shows that,the proposed optimal dispatching scheme has lower average standard coal consumption rate of power generation and average standard coal consumption rate of power supply than the actual operation scheme of the power plant,which can ensure the energy-saving,efficient and optimal heating while giving priority to the power load.
