摘 要:能源可持续发展及国家经济的高质量发展使得深度调峰成为火电发电技术中不可缺少的一部分,超临界褐煤锅炉炉膛较大、质量流速较低的特点对确保水冷壁充分冷却和低负荷流动稳定较为不利。针对某电厂超临界660 MW褐煤锅炉,为确保其在深度调峰负荷时安全稳定运行及提高机组的调峰运行经济性,采用将水冷壁流动网络系统等效为流量回路、压力节点和连接管3类元件的方法,根据节点与回路所遵循的守恒定律,通过对648 MW负荷下计算结果与实炉测量数据对比,验证了模型的准确性,进而对炉膛深度调峰198 MW(30%BMCR)负荷下验证水冷壁水动力安全性参数进行计算分析。由计算结果可得,198 MW负荷下,水冷壁下炉膛最大质量流量偏差为3.03%,上炉膛最大偏差为13.66%,上、下炉膛最大汽温偏差分别为9.6℃、9.7℃,最高外壁温度为473.8℃,汽温偏差与最高外壁温均在合理范围内,保证了30%BMCR深度调峰负荷时水动力运行的安全性,并且不会发生流动不稳定,对超临界褐煤锅炉进一步突破深度调峰最低负荷的限制具有重要意义。Sustainable development of energy and high quality development of national economy have made deep peak shaving an indispensable part of thermal power generation technology.The characteristics of large furnace and low mass flow rate of supercritical lignite boiler are disadvantageous to ensure sufficient cooling of water wall and stable flow at low load.In order to ensure safe and stable operation of the furnace during deep peak load and improve the economy of unit peak shaving operation of a supercritical 660 MW lignite boiler,the method of equating the water wall flow network system to three types of components(flow loop,pressure node and connecting pipe) is adopted.According to the conservation law followed by nodes and loops,the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the calculated results with the measured data of the actual furnace at 648 MW,and the hydrodynamic safety parameters of the water wall at 198 MW(30% BMCR) in the furnace depth peak shaving are analyzed.The calculation results show that,at 198 MW,the maximum mass flow deviation of the furnace under the water wall is 3.03%,that of the upper furnace is 13.66%,the maximum deviation of steam temperature of the upper and lower furnaces is 9.6 ℃ and 9.7 ℃,and the highest outer wall temperature is 473.8 ℃.Both the temperature deviation and the highest outer wall temperature are within a reasonable range,so the safety of hydrodynamic operation under 30% BMCR deep peak load regulation is realized,and the flow stability characteristics are good.It is of great significance to lignite boilers for further breaking through the limit of the lowest start-up load during deep peak regulation.
