摘　　要：由于厂级监控信息系统通信接口种类庞杂、数据传输量大、数据通信节点多、系统厂家实施水平参差不齐、非标准化定制接口稳定性差等因素,时常引起系统数据传输中断。为确保数据传输的连续性、完整性,开发了一套基于厂级监控信息系统的数据传输监测系统,对每一个接口的数据传输进行实时监测,并在发现数据传输中断异常时,及时对具体接口负责人推送腾讯通RTX告警消息,帮助其及时发现并处理故障。应用结果表明:该系统对减少数据传输中断时间、确保基于工业互联网级的大数据分析和决策支持的准确性具有非常重要的意义。Due to such factors as various types of communication interfaces,large amount of data transmission,many data communication nodes,uneven implementation level of system manufacturers,and poor stability of non standardized customized interfaces,the data transmission of plant-level supervisory information system is often interrupted.In order to ensure the continuity and integrity of data transmission,a set of data transmission monitoring system based on the plant-level monitoring information system has been developed.The system monitors the data transmission of each interface in real time,and push sends RTX alarm message to the specific person in charge while abnormal data transmission interruption happens.It helps them to find and handle faults in time.The application results show that,this system is of great significance to reducing data transmission interruption time and ensuring the accuracy of big data analysis and decision support based on industrial Internet.
