摘 要:为提高煤粉输送效率,采用数值模拟方法对HP1163磨煤机内部流场和煤粉颗粒运动轨迹进行了分析,重点分析了风环结构对流场的影响,并依据分析结果对风环结构进行了改进。结果表明:将节流环在圆周方向上对气流的遮挡改为在半径方向上的遮挡,可增加气流的水平旋转速度,改善磨煤机内部流场均匀性;磨煤机中部的下沉气流会导致小直径煤粉颗粒发生沉降,改进后的风环减小了下沉气流的区域范围和下沉速度,提高了流场水平速度分量,减小了低速区范围,速度分布更加均匀,更利于防止小直径煤粉颗粒沉降;改进后的风环减少石子煤的效果比带节流环的风环更好。To improve transport efficiency of coal powders,flow field and coal particles trajectories in HP1163 pulverizer were analyzed with numerical simulation.Most attention was focused on influence of throat structure on the flow field.On this basis,the throat structure was improved.The results show that,changing shielding of the throttle ring in the circumferential direction to the radial direction can increase the horizontal rotation speed of the air flow,and improve the uniformity of the internal flow field of the coal mill.The downward flow in middle of the pulverizer will cause settle down of fine coal particles.The improved throat slows down the downward flow and narrows its extension,which increases the horizontal velocity component of the flow field and shrinks the low velocity zone,so the distribution of velocity is more uniform,which is beneficial to preventing settle down of fine coal particles.The improved throat performs better in reducing pulverizer reject than that with a throat ring.
