摘 要:轧制力传感器需要在力标准机上标定后再投入使用,标定结果的准确程度称为不确定度。不确定度受多种因素的影响,根据能否运用统计学方法,将不确定度分为A类和B类进行估算。不确定度源自测不准原理,是基于误差之上的提炼和延伸,不确定度的使用将不能被明确评估的误差提炼成一个可以定量计算的对象,并与测量结果结合在一起来表示最终结果,这使得对被测对象结果的精度表示给出了一个确定的评定标准。文中依据国家技术规范,通过实例演示计算了轧制力传感器在叠加式力标准机上的标定不确定度。The rolling force sensor needs to be calibrated on the force standard machine before it is put into use,the accuracy of the calibration result is called uncertainty.The uncertainty is affected by many factors, according to whether statistical methods can be used, the uncertainty is divided into class A and class B for estimation. Uncertainty comes from the uncertainty principle, which is based on the refinement and extension of error, the use of uncertainty refines the error that cannot be clearly evaluated into an object that can be quantitatively calculated, and combines it with the measurement results to represent the final result,which gives a definite evaluation standard for the accuracy representation of the measured object results. According to the national technical specifications, the calibration uncertainty of the rolling force sensor on the superimposed force standard machine is calculated through an example.
