益肾镇痛汤联合小针刀、电脑中频治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及腰椎功能恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究益肾镇痛汤联合小针刀、电脑中频对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛症状及腰椎功能的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2022年5月南城县人民医院收治的100例LDH患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组应用益肾镇痛汤治疗,观察组采用益肾镇痛汤联合小针刀、电脑中频治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)]、中医症状积分、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、腰椎功能评分表(JOA)]。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS、PPI分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状积分、ODI分低于对照组,JOA分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益肾镇痛汤联合小针刀、电脑中频治疗LDH效果肯定,可缓解患者疼痛程度及症状表现,改善腰椎功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Zhentong decoction combined with small needle knife and computer intermediate frequency on pain symptoms and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to Nancheng County People ’s Hospital from October 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Yishen Zhentong Decoction,while the observation group was treated with Yishen Zhentong Decoction combined with small needle knife and computer intermediate frequency.The clinical efficacy,pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS),present pain intensity(PPI)],TCM symptom score,lumbar function [Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI),lumbar function score(JOA)] were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and PPI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and ODI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhentong decoction combined with small needle knife and computer intermediate frequency is effective in the treatment of LDH,which can relieve the pain degree and symptoms of patients and improve lumbar function.
