摘　　要：2013年颁发的《甘肃省动物防疫条例》(以下称《条例》)经近8年的实施和实践,对规范动物防疫行为,保护养殖业健康发展起到了积极作用。随着《动物防疫法》的修订颁布,甘肃省于2021年11月26日修订通过了《条例》。本文阐述了新修订《条例》在延伸适用范围、突显主体责任、规范宰杀行为等10个方面的创新,也对所存的不足进行了探讨,以期为保障甘肃省畜牧业持续健康发展和提升兽医管理水平提供参考。With implementation and practice for nearly 8 years,Regulations on Animal Disease Prevention in Gansu Province(hereinafter referred to as the Regulations)published in 2013 has played a positive role in standardizing animal disease prevention and protecting the healthy development of the breeding industry.With the publishment of the amendment to the Laws of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention,the Regulations were revised and passed on November 26,2021 in Gansu Province.In the paper,the innovation in ten aspects including extending the scope of application,highlighting the responsibilities of operators,standardizing behaviors for slaughtering,etc.was described,and current shortcomings were considered and discussed,with a view to providing a reference for sustainable and healthy development of livestock industry in the province and improving the level of veterinary management.
