摘　　要：凝集素属于一种糖蛋白或结合糖的模式识别分子蛋白,存在于植物、动物、微生物中,按物种来源可分为植物凝集素、动物凝集素、原生生物凝集素、细菌凝集素和病毒凝集素。甲壳类动物凝集素可以同时参与多项免疫反应,在维持甲壳类动物机体稳态、免疫防御以及免疫监视中发挥重要作用。本文基于凝集素的定义、分类及功能,介绍了甲壳类动物凝集素的两种主要类型——C型凝集素(C-type lectins,CTLs)和纤维蛋白原样结构域免疫凝集素(fibrinogen-like domain immunolectins,FBGLs),旨在提升对甲壳类动物先天性免疫的认识水平,为甲壳类动物疾病防治提供新的思路和方法。Lectin is a kind of glycoprotein or sugar binding pattern recognition molecular protein,available in plants,animals and microorganisms,and could be divided into plant lectin,animal lectin,protobiotic lectin,bacterial lectin and viral lectin according to species origin.Crustacean lectins could act in multiple immune responses at the same time,playing an important role in maintaining the homeostasis,immune defense and immune monitoring of crustaceans.In the paper,based on the definition,classification and functions of lectins,two main types of crustacean lectins,C-type lectins(CTLs)and fibrinogen-like domain immunolectins(FBGLs)were introduced,aiming to improve the awareness for the innate immunity of crustaceans and provide new ideas or methods for prevention and treatment of any crustacean diseases.
