氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片不良反应文献回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片引起不良反应的规律及特点,为临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法:检索中国知网、万方医学、维普网和Pub Med等中英文数据库,从建库至2021年12月31日有关氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片不良反应的文献病例报道,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果:总共筛选出19篇有效文献(中文19篇,英文0篇),包含26例病例,男女比例为1∶1.36,年龄集中在45岁以上的中老年人群(23例,88.46%)。氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片引起不良反应多发生在用药时间8~30 d(10例,38.46%),累及的器官及系统以中枢及外周神经系统(9例,34.62%)为主,表现为锥体外系症状、迟发性运动障碍、帕金森综合征和精神障碍等症状;其次为停药反应引起的全身性损害(5例,19.23%)。结论:临床应高度重视氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片引起的锥体外系反应和停药反应,加强用药监护。Objective:To study the regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by flupentixol and melitracen tablets.Methods:The literature about adverse reactions caused by flupentixol and melitracen tablets were retrieved from The Chinese(CNKI,Wanfang Medical Center,VIP database) and English databases(Pub Med),from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Results:A total of 19 effective literature(19 with Chinese and 0 with English) were screened out,including 26 patients,with a male to female ratio of 1∶1.36,and 23 patients(88.46%) over 45 years old.The adverse reactions caused by flupentixol and melitracen tablets mostly occurred within 8-30 days after administration(10 cases,38.46%),and the organs and systems involved were mainly central and peripheral nervous system(9 cases,34.62%),presenting as extrapyramidal symptoms,tardiness dyskinesia,Parkinson’s syndrome and mental disorders.The second was systemic damage caused by drug withdrawal reaction(5 cases,19.23%).Conclusion:Clinicians should pay more attention to extrapyramidal reactions and withdrawal reactions caused by flupentixol and melitracen tablets.
