摘　　要：近年来线上购药成为越来越多人的选择。部分不法药品经营者利用网络购物的监管漏洞进行非法销售,导致存在夸大宣传、以非药品冒充药品、非法销售回收药品和伪造药店资格证书等现象。这些问题扰乱医药市场秩序,威胁消费者用药安全,对药品流通监管工作提出了新的要求。本文拟结合目前药品网售呈现的突出问题及相关政策法规,对互联网销售药品的现状提出科学、有效的监管建议。In recent years,online drug purchase has become the choice of more and more people.Some illegal drug operators take advantage of the regulatory loopholes in online shopping for illegal sales,resulting in exaggerated propaganda,impersonation of drugs with non-drugs,illegal sales of recalled drugs,and forgery of pharmacy qualification certificates.These problems disrupt the order of the pharmaceutical market,threaten the safety of consumers’ medication,and put forward new requirements for the supervision of drug circulation.This article intends to put forward scientific and effective supervision suggestions on the current situation of drug sales on the internet in combination with the outstanding problems and relevant policies and regulations of drug sales on the internet.
