摘 要:饮用水安全一直是我们日常生活中不可忽视的问题。目前供水管材以金属管道为主,其中镀锌钢管因其良好的强度、刚度、抗击能力以及杂质含量低等优势应用最为广泛。腐蚀是导致镀锌钢管在长期供水过程中发生漏泄和爆裂的主要原因。镀锌钢管受酸碱度(pH)、余氯、溶解氧及阴阳离子浓度等多因素的影响,发生腐蚀反应,生成腐蚀垢。这不仅增加镀锌钢管供水能耗,且腐蚀垢溶解可导致锌、铁以及其他金属离子释放引起水质恶化。本文重点介绍镀锌钢管在供水运输过程中产生的电化学腐蚀反应,分别从供水管材、腐蚀机理、腐蚀影响因素、腐蚀监测技术以及防护技术等五个方面对镀锌钢管在供水管网中的腐蚀变化及防护的研究现状进行总结,提出镀锌钢管腐蚀监测防控的新技术和新思路,为镀锌钢管在我国供水体系的应用和防护工作提供理论依据。Drinking water safety has always been an issue that cannot be ignored in our daily lives.At present,the water supply pipes are mainly metal pipes,among which galvanized steel pipes are the most widely used due to their advantages of good strength,rigidity,impact resistance,and low impurity content,etc.Corrosion is the main problem that leads to leakage and bursting of galvanized steel pipes during long-term water supply.Galvanized steel pipes are affected by multiple factors such as acidity(pH),residual chlorine,and dissolved oxygen,as well as anion and cation concentration.The chemical reactions occur and generate corrosion scale,which not only increase energy consumption,but also cause the release of zinc,iron,and other metal ions during the dissolution of corrosion scale to deteriorations water quality.This article focused on the electrochemical corrosion reaction of galvanized steel pipes in the water supply transportation process,summarized the current status of research on the corrosion changes and protection of galvanized steel pipes in the water supply network from five aspects:water supply pipes,corrosion mechanism,corrosion influencing factors,corrosion monitoring technology,and protection technology.It puts forward new technologies and new ideas of galvanized steel pipe corrosion monitoring and prevention and control,and provides theoretical basis for the application and protection of galvanized steel pipes in China’s water supply system.
