摘  要:近年来,由于水土保持效果无法达到管理目标,高速公路建设中大量弃渣堆置场地发生多次变更。其原因在于弃渣场变更与水土保持的关系还不清楚。本文以兰海国家高速公路遵义至贵阳段公路扩容工程为例,说明弃渣场变更的主要原因,包括:主体工程施工进度、弃渣场选取地点存在安全隐患、弃渣场便道不方便通行或不满足运输条件、弃渣场征地困难等。同时提出了水土保持措施。研究结果可为弃渣场选址、变更处理提供理论指导。In recent years,the locations of waste disposal area of expressway changed frequently,since the effects of soil and water conservation cannot reach the management goal.The reason is that the relationship between the location selection of waste disposal area and its effect on soil and water conservation is not clear at present.Taking the expressway from Zunyi to Guiyang as an example,this study investigated the main reasons for the change of waste disposal area,including:change of construction schedule for the main project,hidden safety hazards of the selected site,inconvenience for passage,and the difficulty in land acquisition.Especially,the issues of soil and water conservation are addressed.The results offer a better theoretical basis for selection and change of waste disposal area.
