摘　　要：传统内燃机遭受挑战2009年3月,国务院发布的《汽车产业调整与振兴规划》首次提出“实施新能源汽车战略”:“以新能源汽车为突破口,加强自主创新,培育自主品牌,形成新的竞争优势,促进汽车产业持续、健康、稳定发展”的目标。同年,多个部委启动了“十城千辆”新能源汽车示范项目。从那时开始,以传统能源(包括石油、天然气、煤等化石燃料)为主要燃料的内燃机在汽车领域的地位开始受到了新的挑战。2020年9月,中国明确提出2030年“碳达峰”与2060年“碳中和”目标。In the process of achieving the"Carbon peaking and neutrality"goals,the core issue for the promotion of renewable energy(non-fossil energy)focusing on new energy lies in the cost and application convenience.In some application scenarios,hydrogen internal combustion engine boasts unique convenience and cost advantages.Therefore,the internal combustion engine may continue to shine in the context of carbon peaking and neutrality.
