摘  要:近年来,由癌症导致的死亡病例在世界范围内广泛呈增长趋势,对人类的预期寿命和生活质量造成了广泛伤害。随着技术的进步,癌症的治疗方法多种多样,其中靶向治疗具有定向、定位的优势,可以减少用药剂量,提高治疗效果,减少毒副反应,正成为全世界癌症治疗的研究热点。靶向治疗包括帮助人体免疫系统发现并破坏癌细胞,干扰癌细胞分裂,抑制血管生成,靶向递送杀伤性药物,将药物敏感酶的基因转人癌症靶细胞等途径。多肽作为一种新兴的抗癌药物,在癌症的靶向治疗中可以充分发挥可以穿透细胞膜、不易出现耐药性、毒负性小的优点。由天然胶原水解产生的肽具有递送、抗炎、抗氧化应激、促进癌细胞调亡的能力,在癌症等疾病的药物治疗中,其重要性与日俱增。本文综述了应用于癌症治疗方面的胶原水解物的来源、分离制备、作用机理,在旨为新一代抗癌药物的研究提供参考。In recent years,the number of deaths caused by cancer has been increasing worldwide,which has caused extensive damage to human life expectancy and quality of life.With the progress of technology,there are a variety of cancer treatment methods,among which targeted therapy has the advantages of orientation and localization,can reduce the dose of drugs,improve the treatment effect,reduce the toxic side effects,and is becoming a research hotspot of cancer treatment in the world.Targeted therapy includes ways to help the immune system find and destroy cancer cells,interfere with cancer cell division,inhibit angiogenesis,target delivery of lethal drugs,and transfer genes of drug-sensitive enzymes into cancer target cells.As a new anticancer drug,polypeptide can fully play the advantages of penetrating cell membrane,not easy to appear drug resistance and low toxicity in the targeted therapy of cancer.Peptides produced by the hydrolysis of natural collagen have the ability of delivery,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress and promoting apoptosis of cancer cells,which has become increasingly important in the drug treatment of cancer and other diseases.This article reviews the sources,isolation,preparation and action mechanism of collagen hydrolysates used in cancer treatment,in order to provide reference for the research of a new generation of anticancer drugs.
