摘　　要：以一起发电机保护装置闭锁缺陷为例,分析现场缺陷故障及缺陷处理过程,并针对发电机保护装置闭锁进行总结,提出了发电机保护装置闭锁应急处置流程及安全注意事项,确保发电机保护装置出现闭锁后能够快速响应,缩短故障处理时间,把控缺陷处理过程中的安全风险,从而保障了发电机保护设备的安全稳定运行。A locking fault of the generator protection device is analyzed. The in-situ analysis and treatment process of the defect is summarized. Then, the emergency treatment process and safety issues are proposed for the locking fault of the generator protection device, which ensure a quick response, short treatment time and control of the safety risks in the treatment process. Thus, the safe and stable operation of the generator protection device is guaranteed.
