摘 要:某电厂推力轴承采用巴氏合金瓦推力轴承,支撑结构是弹簧簇支撑,外加泵外循环冷却方式。机组C修期间对推力瓦情况进行检查发现部分推力瓦面存在带状磨痕,镜板状况良好。通过对推力轴承结构及性能、高压油顶起装置性能、推力轴承及镜板温度等因素的分析,确认机组瓦面磨损的主要原因,采取应对措施,有效地杜绝了机组瓦面磨损缺陷的出现。In a hydropower plant, the Babbitt alloy thrust pad, spring cluster support structure and external circulation cooling mode pump are adopted in the thrust bearing. During the C class maintenance of the units, the thrust bearing pads are inspected and it is found that some of the thrust pad surfaces have belt shaped wear marks, while the mirror plate is in a good condition. With the analysis of the structure and performance of the thrust bearing, performance of the high pressure oil jacking device, and the temperature of the thrust bearing and the mirror plate, main causes of the wear problem of the thrust pads are determined. Then, corresponding treatment measures are taken, which effectively prevent the occurrence of the thrust pad wear fault of the unit.
