摘　　要：目的探讨护理信息化平台规范化疼痛管理对住院患者疼痛管理质量的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月青岛大学附属医院收治的住院患者248例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各124例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组患者在此基础上给予护理信息化平台规范化疼痛管理干预,比较两组患者的疼痛情况、睡眠质量及疼痛管理质量水平。结果实施护理信息化平台规范化疼痛管理干预后,实验组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,睡眠质量显著优于对照组,疼痛评估准确率、疼痛措施实施率、患者的满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于护理信息化平台规范化疼痛管理干预可显著降低住院患者的疼痛程度,减少疼痛对患者睡眠质量影响,提高患者的疼痛评估准确率、疼痛措施执行率及对临床护理工作的满意率。Objective To explore the effect of standardized pain management of nursing information platform on the quality of pain management of inpatients.Methods A total of 248 inpatients admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,124 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the experimental group were given standardized pain management intervention on the basis of nursing information platform.The pain situation,sleep quality and pain management quality level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Implement nursing information platform standardization pain management after the intervention,pain score in the experimental group was lower than the control group,sleep quality in the experimental group was significantly better than control group,the pain assessment accuracy,been pain measures,the patient's satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized pain management intervention based on nursing information platform can significantly reduce the degree of pain in hospitalized patients,reduce the impact of pain on patients'sleep quality,and improve the accuracy of pain assessment,the implementation rate of pain measures and the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing work.
