基于体质理论探讨妊娠期糖尿病的中医药防治思路

摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病具有发病率高、母儿影响大等特点,积极防治妊娠期糖尿病有利于减少围产期的不良妊娠结局。中医认为该病病因复杂,其体质分布具有多样性、倾向性等特点。中医药防治该病具有疗效突出、安全性高、患者依从性好等优点。该文基于体质理论,通过综合总结当前中医药防治思路,为有效控制血糖,减少妊娠期糖尿病不良结局提供临床参考。Gestational diabetes mellitus has the characteristics of high incidence and great influence on mother and child.Active prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is beneficial to reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes in the perinatal period.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology of the disease is complex,and its physical distribution has the characteristics of diversity and tendency.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of outstanding curative effect,high safety,and good patient compliance.Based on the theory of constitution,this paper provides a clinical reference for effectively controlling blood sugar and reducing adverse outcomes of gestational diabetes by comprehensively summarizing the current prevention and treatment ideas of traditional Chinese medicine.
