基于“陷者举之”理论探讨升提法在治疗肾性蛋白尿的应用

摘　　要：文章基于“陷者举之”理论探讨运用升提法治疗肾性蛋白尿的思路与经验。升提法具有引导向上之义,是指将陷下的精微物质引导向上,并输布全身,达到减少蛋白尿的目的。蛋白尿的基本病机是肺失宣降,脾虚失运,肾气不固,精微下泄,故治疗上根据脏腑气机升降理论,具体采用固护肺卫、健脾和胃、补肾固精的方法,结合辨证论治,扶正与祛邪并用,标本兼顾,进而达到减少蛋白尿的目的。This paper discusses the thought and experience of treating Renal albuminuria by lifting method based on the theory of“The sink lifts the body”.The ascending method has the meaning of guiding upward,which means guiding the sunken fine matter upward and spreading the whole body to achieve the goal of reducing Proteinuria.The basic pathogenesis of albuminuria is that the lung loses its function,the spleen loses its function,the kidney-qi is not consolidated,and the essence are released.Therefore,in the treatment of proteinuria,according to the theory of the rise and fall of the zang-fu organ-qi,the methods of strengthening the lung and protecting the body,strengthening the spleen and the stomach,reinforcing the kidney and consolidating the essence are concretely adopted,and the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation,strengthening the body and dispelling pathogenic factors are used together,and the specimen is taken into account,so as to reduce proteinuria.
