基于化瘀泄浊法的分型论治在糖尿病肾病中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病已成为终末期肾病的第一大病因,造成的终末期恶性事件给患者及其家属带来了巨大的身心负担。随着糖尿病患病人群的不断扩大,糖尿病并发症的潜在风险人群也日益增多,防治糖尿病肾病的发生及发展成为我们不得不面对的巨大难题。作者临床发现,中医药治疗方案对糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能有明显的保护作用,并且有部分患者能够恢复肾脏功能。结合辨证认为,该病分型以气阴两虚、阳虚水泛、阴阳两虚三种证型为主,且不论分型均具浊瘀内阻的表现。因此,在现代医学基础治疗之上,采用益气养阴、温阳利水、阴阳双补分型施治兼化瘀泄浊的治疗方法,可取的较满意临床疗效。Diabetic kidney disease has become the first major cause of end-stage renal disease in China,resulting in end-stage malignant events to patients and their families have brought great physical and mental burden.With the continuous expansion of the population of diabetic patients in China,the potential risk of diabetic complications is also increasing,the prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease and development has become a huge problem we have to face.The author found that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant protective effect on the renal function of patients with diabetes nephropathy,and some patients can recover the renal function.Combined with syndrome differentiation,it is considered that the syndrome types of the disease are mainly Qi and yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and flooding,and Yin and yang deficiency,and both types have the performance of turbidity and blood stasis internal resistance.Therefore,based on the basic treatment of modern medicine,the treatment method of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,warming yang and promoting water,and tonifying both yin and Yang,as well as removing blood stasis and turbidity,can be used to achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
