摘　　要：黄疸论治多分阴阳,然阳黄易治,阴黄难疗。清末著名医家郑钦安集前人学术思想立扶阳理论,强调阳气为人立命之根,阳气不足,百病所生,主张治疗上应温阳以化阴,近代著名医家吴佩衡,尊郑氏重阳思想,崇其扶阳理论。临证重视心脾肾,善用姜附桂草,治疗各种阳气不足病证屡起沉疴。该文基于此理论从病因病机、治法方药等方面探讨黄疸阴黄的论治特色,以期为临床治疗黄疸阴黄提供有益的思路。The treatment of jaundice is divided into Yin and Yang,Yang-Huang are easy to treat,and Yin-Huang are difficult to treat.ZHENG Qin’an,a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty,set up Fuyang theory based on previous academic thoughts,emphasizing that Yang Qi is the root of human life,and if Yang Qi is insufficient,it will cause all kinds of diseases.He advocated the treatment of warm Yang should be the main,clinical attention to the heart,spleen and kidney,the good use of dried ginger,aconite,cassia branch,licorice,treatment of a variety of Yang deficiency syndrome of remarkable curative effect,WU Peiheng,a famous doctor in modern times,respected Zheng’s Double Ninth thought and Fuyang theory.Based on this theory,this paper discusses the characteristics of the treatment of Yin-Huang in jaundice from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,prescription and so on,in order to provide useful ideas for the clinical treatment of Yin-Huang in jaundice.
