《医宗金鉴》“四物汤”及衍化方妇科应用探析

摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》为清代御医吴谦主编的大型官修教科书,内容全面,涉及内外妇儿各科,记载了古代众多名方。四物汤为补血、调血的经典方剂之一,由熟地、白芍、当归、川芎四味中药组成,首载于《仙授理伤续断秘方》,被广泛用于治疗各种疾病,尤其在妇科疾病方面。该文通过对《医宗金鉴·妇科心法要诀》中四物汤及其衍化方在月经病、妊娠病、带下病以及产后病等妇科疾病中的运用进行分析,总结其应用经验及特点,以助现代临床中妇科疾病的治疗。“Yizong Jinjian”is a large-scale official textbook edited by WU Qian,an imperial physician in the Qing Dynasty.Siwu decoction is one of the classic prescriptions for nourishing and regulating blood.It is composed of four traditional Chinese medicines,Shudi,Baishao,Danggui and Chuanxiong.Especially in gynecological diseases.This article analyzes the application of Siwu decoction and its derivative formulas in“Yizong Jinjian Gynecological Heart Method”in gynecological diseases such as menstrual disease,pregnancy disease,vaginal discharge disease and postpartum disease,and summarizes its application experience and characteristics.,to help modern clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.
