进阶式回旋灸治疗面肌痉挛验案举隅

摘　　要：面肌痉挛是一种慢性进行性颅神经病变,属于脑病科常见疾病,具有缠绵难愈、反复发作的特点,容易造成焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,严重影响病人生活质量。孙培养教授认为面肌痉挛为本虚标实之证,病位主要涉及肝胃,早期常因外感风寒阻滞经络所致,久病往往伤阴耗血生风内动而发,治疗当疏肝养血和胃、息风通络止搐。故而孙师在悬灸的基础上创新出进阶式回旋灸法,可通过加强灸感以增艾灸温通温补之效,使痉挛得止。该文通过对孙教授运用进阶式回旋灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床验案进行分析,以期为临床工作者提供参考。Hemifacial spasm is a chronic progressive cranial neuropathy,which is a common disease in the department of encephalopathy.It has the characteristics of lingering,refractory,and recurrent attacks.It is easy to cause psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor SUN Peilian believes that hemifacial spasm is a symptom of deficiency and excess.The disease location mainly involves the liver and stomach.In the early stage,it is often caused by exogenous wind-cold blocking the meridians.Long-term illness is often caused by injury to the yin,blood consumption,and internal movement of wind.Treatment should be sparse.Liver nourishes blood and stomach,relieves wind and relieves convulsions.Therefore,Master Sun innovated the advanced circular moxibustion method on the basis of hanging moxibustion,which can increase the effect of moxibustion to warm and nourish by strengthening the sense of moxibustion,so as to stop the spasm.This article analyzes the clinical case of Professor SUN’s use of advanced circular moxibustion in the treatment of hemifacial spasm,in order to provide a reference for clinical workers.
