麻杏石甘汤加减治疗热毒袭肺型流行性感冒临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤治疗热毒袭肺型流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年11月1日—2021年3月21日期间就诊于该院的热毒袭肺型流行性感冒患者60例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和试验组,各30例;对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,试验组给予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗;观察比较2组治疗前后相关症状改善、消失时间、中医症状积分以及治疗有效率,比较2组治疗前后X线肺部检查阴影的改变情况。结果:试验组治疗有效率90.00%远高于对照组的治疗有效率73.33%(P<0.05),前者的中医症状积分低于后者;试验组的X线肺部阴影表面改善总有效率83.33%显著高于对照组的总有效率76.67%(P<0.01),前者的X线结果较后者明显改善、肺部阴影面积吸收程度较好。结论:麻杏石甘汤与磷酸奥司他韦治疗流感相比,前者能够显著改善患者的相关临床症状、缩短相关症状持续的时间、显著改善肺部影像学X线的表现,值得应用、借鉴。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of influenza with heat toxin attacking the lung.Methods:A total of 60 patients with influenza-type influenza who visited the hospital from November 1,2020 to March 21,2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group;The treatment group was given oseltamivir phosphate,and the experimental group was given the modified Maxing Shigan decoction;the improvement of related symptoms,disappearance time,TCM symptom score and treatment efficiency were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Check for changes in shadows.Results:The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was much higher than that of the control group,which was 73.33%,significantly higher than the control group’s total effective rate of 76.67%(P<0.01),the X-ray results of the former were significantly improved compared with the latter,and the lung shadow area was better absorbed.Conclusion:Compared with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of influenza,Maxing Shigan decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the duration of related symptoms,and significantly improve the performance of lung imaging X-ray,which is worthy of application and reference.
