摘　　要：目的:回顾近5年来艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)的临床文献,分析艾灸在RA临床治疗中的优势。方法:对近5年来不同艾灸方法治疗RA临床方面的文献进行综合分析,观察对患者关节不适等症状的改善以及实验室指标的变化。结果:艾灸治疗RA方法多样,疗效明确。结论:RA对患者生活质量影响大,致残率高,单纯西医治疗毒副作用大,艾灸疗法简便效廉、副作用小,在治疗中发挥着非常重要的作用。Objective:To review the clinical literature presented in the past five years on treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with moxibustion,and make prospect of treating rheumatoid arthritis with moxibustion.Methods:Analyse the clinical literature presented in the past five years on treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with moxibustion.Observe the improve of patient’s joint and the change of laboratory targe.Results:Treating RA with moxibustion was effective and variation.Conclusion:Rheumatoid arthritis has a high disability rate.The treatment with simple western medicine had toxic and side effects,while moxibustion therapy with its advantages of safety,effectiveness,plays an important role in treating RA.
